Finally got around to watching “Burning Low,” although I’m still behind on several other episodes that came before it. It was very cute, but the episode also left me feeling really sad for PB. It feels like her words about sacrificing oneself for responsibility weren’t all about Finn. And they all yelled at her and threw pancake mix at her and kept insisting she had to be jealous, even when she proved her motivation was to save everyone. She didn’t even get so much as an apology.

oh hai tumblrs, did you know I’m doing an 8 page backup comic in August’s issue of Marceline & the Scream Queens (by Meredith Gran)? Here are some sneak peeks shown at San Diego Comic-con! Very chuffed to be a part of this awesome project. I’m lucky in that I make my living off my own original comics, but it’s so much fun to be allowed into someone else’s world and go wild with their characters. The short comic is based on an idea by my boyfriend, Tim, who is a big Adventure Time fan. :)
These screens were stolen from a Bleeding Cool article, so go there for more info about the short. I hope you pick up the comic next month, it looks amazing all coloured up and stuff!
