For a variety of classic poses, I know a few like Posemaniacs. But for action poses specifically, I don’t know many.  Bodies in motion Photo ref for comic artist Anyone have another good website they can share? :) (especially if there’s martial arts step by steps, like Tai Chi or Kung Fu)
